I understand that leads will be provided to me for the Counties of my choice in real-time and directly from the QuoteRack website and that these leads are fresh and have NOT been sourced from any 3rd party organization or other lead provider.

I understand that acceptance of this application entitles me to to receive leads, for the Counties and insurance types I select for a period no shorter than 12 months.

I understand that I will be given the option to renew my subscription after 12 months for the Counties I have chosen, before they are offered to any other Insurance Agents.

I understand that the discounted membership subscription fee is a limited offer, due to QuoteRack newly launching in the USA and I understand that QuoteRack reserve the right to change the cost of application at any time.

I understand that owing to the newly established nature of this service lead volumes may be initially limited in some areas.

I confirm that I am a registered insurance agent and have the relevant certificates and accreditations necessary to transact insurance business in the States and Counties for which I will be registering to receive leads.

I agree NOT to pass lead information provided by QuoteRack on to any other organization or Agent, for free or for payment, at any time, either during or following my 12 month membership.

I have read the "How QuoteRack Works - For Agents" section of the website.
