At QuoteRack USA we value your right to privacy and we recognize that in order to run an effective and efficient service, there is certain information about our website visitors that we need to collect and use.
What information do we collect and why?
In general, you can browse the QuoteRack USA website without disclosing any information about yourself at all. Submitting personal information on our site is entirely optional and at your discretion.
When you submit a Quotation Request we ask for information such as your name, address and zip code, your email address, phone number and underwriting criteria specific to your enquiry. Please note that this information will be released to those Insurance Agents that support the Category of Insurance that you actively selected during Stage 1 of the Quotation Request process, so that they may provide you with an insurance or similar Quotation.
If you register your company as a supplying Insurance Agent, Intermediary, Broker or Financial Adviser, we will ask for information such as your name, phone number, email address, address and Company details. This information may be made available to the public through the Category page(s) from which you choose to receive Quotation Requests. Additionally, this information may be made available to a user to whom you send a reply to a Quotation Request.
Whenever you provide such personal or Company information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy.
As an individual, if you do not wish the information that you provide to be submitted to external, third party insurance intermediaries and/or financial advisers solely for the purposes of providing you with a quotation(s), you should not use this website
How do we use your personal information?
QuoteRack USA may disclose and use personal information collected about you within its own organization for the purpose of internal business administration and analysis.
We will respect your email privacy. You will not receive unsolicited email from QuoteRack USA and/or from third parties other than in relation to your specific Quotation Request, either immediately or at some time in the future. We may, however, email you occasionally with information about QuoteRack USA or important changes to our service.
We will not rent, trade or sell your data to others.
How do we protect your personal details?
We have strict procedures governing the storage and disclosure of personal details to prevent unauthorized access and misuse.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information QuoteRack USA holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge $10 for information requests.) Please address any requests to PersonalInfo@QuoteRack.com we will aim to process your request within 7 working days.
Use of cookies
QuoteRack USA does not use cookies or store any information on your computer during your visit or at any other time. Third party websites that you access via QuoteRack USA may use cookies and you should satisfy yourself as to their own relevant Privacy Policy and that this is appropriate and acceptable.
Information on visitors
QuoteRack USA does not capture or store information on visitors other than the data stored as part of a quotation request. This information is also encrypted for security.

By disclosing your personal information to QuoteRack USA, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to 'Opt Out' of receiving email communications from QuoteRack USA reminding you that your insurance cover is due for renewal and based upon the information you have previousely provided, please email us at PrivacyPolicy@QuoteRack.com letting us know and we will remove you from our lists.
